What I want: Call Of Duty FFA Plugin With These Features Listed:

• Sign Support [Join Arena, Leave Arena,etc]
• Ranks [Get Money for killing,winning and voting]
• Shop [Buy Ranks/Kits, Grenades, Ammo,Perks]
• Guns+Grenades.
• Different Side-Ons: Infected, TDM, OITC [Optional]
• Coins [Currency For Shop]

Ideas for commands: /vote [Map Name]

Ideas for permissions: warfare.vote
warfare.play etc

When I'd like it by: Doesn't Matter, Just Make it Well Done

For a lot of the features, there are already plugins for it, you just need to know how to work them for your needs.

ServerSigns plugin could be used for the arena joining.
RewardTokens might work for the Coins.

 

main things i need would be the sign support, ranks, and the shop [it doesnt need to be coins it could be another name of currency

I have basically made this in Minecraft with Command blocks. I've used many plugins to create the game. This would only be helpful if your 1 good at redstone and 2 willing to be flexible and spend you time on this.

 

Sign Support - VariableTriggers
Ranks - PermissionsEx
Shop - TokenShop
Guns/Grenades - CrackShot

 

You can search plugins for it,or code by yourself.

 

You could use Paintball, which basicly offers the same features, with a different name. However, it currently only offers one gamemode: team-deathmatch.

He plans on releasing it saying he made it. He says his subs all want a call of duty plugin...

No one is going to make you a big plugin when you can just use an assortment of plugins to do what you need.

Anyway, you can use a plugin called Skript to do the sign support, rank managing and the shop, including currency
Use CrackShot for the guns
Use PermissionsEx for the ranks, and Skript to promote players.

You obviously don't wanna use the mix of plugins, so I am obviously not going to help you with skript
