Buycraft/Paypal Help

im having a problem with my paypal and im wondering if you guys might know the problem and could help me fix it, i have the ipn setup the way the buycraft tutorial told me, and have the right ipn, now the players can do /buy on the server, go to the web and donate, i get the money. Heres the problem, paypal's ipn thing isn't sending buycraft that they got the payment, so buycraft isn't ranking them up. Also, if i manually add the payment to buycraft it works.

Anyone know what i can do to fix this? It would be very very helpful.

Your paypal IPN is disabled, make sure to enable it in your Paypal account.

 

i did, but i see he same to me

I was looking, do you know how i can enable it? i have searched google, youtube, asked friends.
