Plugin Help [Buy] Signs essentials text dissapearing

So im in my server and im trying to make a shop and i have signshop which didnt work, so i tried essentials.
I followed all the steps to make the Buy sign but when i exit it, their was no text as if i never wrote anything.

i have tried to remove the # in the config
i have tried to add permisson to do that in the console

Really no experts here in bukkit forums that can help me really?!?!?
