[Bungee] Staff List - Plugin

What I want:
I'd like a plugin like on the server <redacted>
It's like you type /staff, /list you get a list of staff members online.

for example:
/staff or /list:

Total Online: [Total network online]
Server Online: [Current server online]

Staff: [Owner] Username (Server), [Manager] Username (Server), [Helper] Username (Server).

So you can see which staff member is online and where.

Ideas for commands:
/staff, /list > list staff members online on bungee
/stafflist vanish > toggle vanish from staff list

Ideas for permissions:
stafflist.list.[rank] > See yourself on the staff list as [rank]
stafflist.vanish > Vanish from staff list
stafflist.seevanish > See vanished staff in staff list

When I'd like it by: Anytime before June.
