I was told this is a problem with build 168, try downgrading to build 166

Newer builds have broken some plugin commands. Revert back to an older build or remove the plugins that haven't been updated yet.

Have you tried the latest build? Some other people had this problem with some builds and updating CraftBukkit worked.

I'm not sure what Pexmantbh is talking about....

Use this link. Run it vanilla and see if it still crashes.

MonsieurApple, I was simply giving him advice based on problems I have fixed before. I encounter these problems a lot with my clients, and I was simply going through the fixes that have worked for them... I removed the post :)

@iFire - Re-name your world folder (so you can revert if this doesn't work) and see if the problem is fixed with a new world :)

    Fill this out.

At this point we're going to be asking for a lot of information. If you can post your config files as well, we'd appreciate it.

I do have Skype but I would rather use the forums so that when we resolve your problem other people can see it :)

How do you start the server?

No you don't need to at all. I ask because the current information you've given isn't allowing us to give you a quick fix though, so we need to delve deeper, inception style, to figure it out. But you don't have to help us help you if you don't want to, entirely your choice.

Probably just best to get him to fill out the thread I've asked for already instead of asking each question, individually, in these posts.

I start the server with: java -Xms1024M -Xmx1024M -jar craftbukkit-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar nogui
    System:
    No LSB modules are available.
    Distributor ID: Debian
    Description: Debian GNU/Linux 5.0.8 (lenny)
    Release: 5.0.8

No worries, just trying to join efforts.

    @iFire
Update your Java. You are pretty out of date on that, as per your post (on the information request thread). It would be a very good place to start.

    Hi everyone-

When you say "Fill out this post" people are litterally posting on that post xD

Here's what iFire had to say:
Anyways, maybe instead you should say "Please post the information required in this post" where this is a link.

I had that same problem with my plugin before I updated it. It was because of a bad method, but this has nothing to do with it. I'm not sure what the connection is.

Yea, not surprised. Java 1.5.x is pretty old by now.

Hmm shouldn't something about java version be put in the FAQ sticky post? This really is a vital information (I know 1.5 is old, buit really not THAT old).
If it is there already then I'm a blind fool and am sorry ;)
