Solved Bukkit Server Computer Format Problem

I have formatted my computer and taken my server off with a flashdrive. When I finished formatting, I put my bukkit server back on my system. I re-portforwarded the port of 25565 on my system. Other people cannot access my server through the correct ip address.

--I downloaded the minecraft server jar from minecraft.net to test if my minecraft port is open and other people could access the minecraft server. For some reason it doesn't work with bukkit servers--

I have no idea my bukkit server has a closed port. Please help.

 

Can i see your server.properties, your startup log and if there are any errors?

huh..thats weird, any message in console when they cant connect?and u sure your using the right ip correct?

 

No console error and i'm using my public ip (the one where you type my ip in google). It worked before i formatted my computer.

I also downloaded a whole new craftbukkit and ran it and still, people can't connect

Is there anything I need to download like Microsoft SQL Server?

I found out my firewall was blocking my server through Java
