Bukkit Server Command Reference????

I have been searching all over the wiki and forums for a command reference sheet for the Bukkit server it's self.

I run a server and I have picked up a couple of commands that are not on the help list that are for bukkit like pl, reload, and version. All the server running tutorials just tell you how to get it running and to update but not any of the commands other than
Is there a complete list of console commands available somewhere?
Can you disable/enable plugins individually by command?
Can you update plugins by using the reload command?
Any other cool commands?
