Bukkit Plugins Help Please

Hey i'm brand new to the Bukkit Forums and I pretty much came here for some help with my server, Now i wanna release it very soon but there are same plugins i need/want badly and they will be named down there

Set Home/Spawn Plugin:
This plugin pretty much sums it up. I don't want essentials cause of alot of the commands and i couldn't figure out how to make a 5 second delay on doing /home and /spawn. If you know of a plugin that will help me with this (Which is pretty much having /sethome /home /spawn and have a 5 second delay before teleporting please send me a link)

Chainmail Armour from Cobblestone:
The titles of it is well yea the whole thing. I wanna be able to make Chainmail armour from Cobblestone

Chat Plugin:
Since i can't really figure out how to use Essentials i toke off Essentials chat and Group manager so if there is a plugin like that please send me a link. So pretty much all i was looking for is a plugin that has certain groups (Like Default, Admin and Owner) and you can set there permissions to do some commands


I hope that a lot of you guy's can help me out please

I would say, use essentials but you don't want that, so no, not me =)

I'm not sure about the chainmail from cobble, ( unless you want to use Spout which is IMMENSELY confusing and hard to use) but the others are this:
AdminCMD - very useful, not too many commands, just the ones you will actually use.
iChat - quite a good chat plugin
And a few of my top plugins:
Worldedit - helps you modify the world very quickly and generate massive structures easily. A must for big construction tasks
WorldGuard - hooks into worldedit and allows you to protect areas from damage, people entering, fire protection, creeper explosions and much more. You should definitely have this
Pail and PailPlus - a very nifty GUI to make server management better
bPermissions - easy to use permissions system
CraftBukkitUpToDate - keeps craftbukkit and all your plugins updated
bShortcut - let's you make yor own shortcut commands instead of typing out long ones
