You have a form of world corruption. Try using chunkster or MCEdit. If that dosn't work, restore from backups (if you have :p )
Make sure to always keep backups.

I say delete your world (if not a lot of work is done) and then restart your server, then you will have a brand new world, with no errors.

I receive the same errors, but the world cannot even be connected to and I'm running no plugins yet. This is coming from a brand new vanilla 1.0 world that several people have been playing on (I did move some of our structures from our old 1.8 world though, with MCEdit). Running it through chunkster didn't make a difference :( and how do you run it through MCEdit? If that means opening the world and saving it then reloading it, then I've already tried that.

    Poops.

Your world is corrupted. Try Chunkster, or get a world backing up plugin such as MineBackup.

Eh, I can't find a chunk repair option anywhere. The only way I can see how to fix chunks with MCEdit is to delete them and let them regenerate. What am I missing? Me just dumb?
