Bukkit Email Subscription System Changes

Howdy everybody,

I would like to see the Bukkit email subscription system for dev.bukkit.org start to include the name of the plugin to be updated in the subject of the email, I would like something like '%PluginName% %Fileversion% now Available', that way our automated filter will delegate correctly on our project management system, the current 'Subscriptions Updates for %UsernameHere%' is just impractical and irritating, we're wanting to move from RSS to email now that Google Reader has been shutdown.

Thanks in advance, hopefully someone can make this happen.

And do we really need the top of the email to say 'SUBSCRIBED UPDATES FOR _HAMMYHAVOC_ SENT AT _JUL 04, 2013 AT 22:26 UTC_'? It's just unsightly even if you don't want these things adding to a project management system for a permanent record.

Furthermore, I get multiple emails per update and I get emails even when the file isn't available to download. Bukkit needs some major fixes doing.

 

Better subscriptions are planned and have been suggested before.
