Bukkit Development Builds Scraper

So I couldn't find an existing scraper for Atlassian Bamboo, nor any way to automatically update my development build of BukkitMain, so I went ahead and wrote a pretty simple scraper for the current build site. I'm not sure if this will help anyone else, but I figured I'd release it anyways.

When run, it checks the RSS feed for Bukkit's Bamboo, gets the most recent successful build number, checks it to the last build it downloaded, and if there's a newer build, downloads it. A configuration file can be found under config/bukkit-update.cfg which will allow you to set where the script saves the downloaded files to.
