It took some time before I understood it also, Tried to revert the builds and stuff. But, the answare is in the Unknown console command message: Type "#help" for help. So, from now on, you must use the "#" before commands. Hope that helps

Also sometimes when using commands in game for plugins it triggers that msg in console! at least it is for build 82
