Creating a new server and it seems everytime I create one I get the problem (when I try and enter my world) that the server is outdated. Looking at the server I noticed it says craftbukkit-1.0.1-R1 Clearly not 1.1, how do I create a Bukkit server for the new 1.1 version?
I am getting the same problem. I tried it for 3 hours last night. The videos I watched that were explaining how to do it didn't seem to have a problem. Help would be MUCH appreciated! Thank you! I am running Ubuntu Server 11.10.
I am also having the same problem... and also when I go on ci-bukkit.org and created an account it said that my account had no read permission any suggestions

Also simple replace the old jar with the new jar and edit your start command (or command whatever you use for you startup) bang new build installed.
The jenkins (ci.bukkit.org) is currently down, but you can grab an 1.1 dev-build of CB from here. The versioning system now works according to minecraft version (so 1.0.1-R1 is for mc 1.0.1) This announcement answers your question.
