   I'd like to see a Quiver plugin, mainly for RPG styled MC.

   Main Features -
   - Need a Quiver to shoot arrow(s) [?]
   - Different Quivers, hold different amounts -
   - More you hold the heavier you are [?]
   - Can only stack "x" amount
