Plugin Request breed limiter

Hey guys!
Im running a survival rp server, but chicken farms are destroying my servers, so many lags
I need a plugin that limits the spawning of mobs,, including viligers to per chunk, and i can use config too choose how many from which mob to limit per chunk.
I would use the breedlimiter or these stuff but they are for 1.4.7 and not working for me because viligers breed themself..
If u can make it it would be awesome!

 

I created this plugin for you. This is build for 1.8.1 , but should also work for older updates. I added the basics (villagers,cows,pigs,chickens and even mooshrooms), If you need more, just tag me in the post.

@Zombie_Striker You should probably make sure it works for an earlier version because the OP posted it in a section which is used for (official) Bukkit, which doesn't support 1.8.
