Boss artifacts

    Version: 1.17.1

    Suggested name: BossArtifacts

    What I want:
    On the final blow of either the wither or the ender dragon, the weapon your currently holding gets the word ARTIFACT added to it's lore. Purple for the dragon, dark red for the wither. And maybe if a boss is killed by a ranged weapon, (Bow or crossbow), you get an arrow back instead with ARTIFACT added to it's lore.

    Ideas for commands: None needed
    Ideas for permissions: None needed
