Boseconomy config not showing

I downloaded boseconomy and put the .jar file in my plugins folder and launched my server. However boseconomy did not show up in my pail console log, so i checked the plugins folder and the folder that usually appears with the configs did not generate for boseconomy. Is there a reason for this? Have i done something wrong, and what can i do to fix it?
