Block Warps?

I am currently creating a server, and I would like to know, in essentials is it possible to stand on a block, and it will warp you to a warp? If not, can someone create a plugin for this?

So heres the steps:
1. create warp, so our warp is: scar /warpset scar
2. lets find a block, so lets say its the diamond infront of you.
3. you set that diamond so that you stand and it sends you to the warp "scar"
4. you end up and "scar"

In anyway is this possible with the current essentials or is there a plugin that does this?

 

with Essentials you can make a sign: Line 1: [Warp]
Line 2: NameofWarp
right click to use.
AND you can block warps with per permissions warp (or something) it the config, permission: Essentials.warp.<name>
Don't quote me on that but there is something like that. and would ur wont to walk overt a walk and it would warp u nothing to stop it, i would not like that.

 

He is right if your using essentials warps use essentials.warp.<name> as permission
