Block Potion Effect

What i want: I need a plugin that when a player right clicks on a stoneblock it gives him a random potion effect out of [SPEED: , NIGHT VISION, FIRE RESISTANCE,] for a random amount of time between 1 - 2 min and it sends the player who clicked the block a message saying "You Recived [POTION EFFECT] for [time]

EDIT: BTW do you want me to make the effects configurable? So you can set which effects are given out?

@chunkaymonkay Made effects configurable. Just download latest. Run it and it will generate a config. Use the names from this page: https://hub.spigotmc.org/javadocs/spigot/org/bukkit/potion/PotionEffectType.html and be sure you have also downloaded the latest version of ZSUtilities because I updated it yesterday evening and I'm using one of the latest implementations.
