Best self served area protection plugin?

Hello, i recently started my server and ive wrangled precious stones around so you can buy a protection block that protects a 7x7x7 area from wherever you place the block.

Im just wondering if theres any other plugins like this that is very lightweight and easy to use.
for example ive seen a plugin which allows you to place fences around your property which protects it.
