   Mmk, so I have PEX working fine, and it's working great. But, I just want to make sure the "potential" I guess of PEX or bPermissions.
   Is there certain things that allow PEX or bPermissions to be better? Modifyworld is great, and if I went to bPermissions, I would like a similar plugin.

   PEX is by far the best permissions for me. Mainly because of it's commandline/in game commands

   bPermissions allows that too...
   
   Bump! I just need a plugin very similar to ModifyWorld, bPermissions I finally got working
