Best bukkit configuration and plugins.

    Ok pretty much, I need the best plugins to make my server lag VERY little.
    And the best configuration for it. Right now I can only hold up to 5 people before it becomes WAY TOO LAGGY.


    Windows Vista
    ----------------------
    Processor Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 450 @ 2.20 GHz 2.19 GHz
    Memory (RAM) 2.00 GB
    System Type 64-Bit

    Hard Drive 226 of 283 GB left

    (Vista Sucks :()
