Being spammed by hundreds of random IP's

I have a very bad issue, I recently had my IP changed, so I reforwarded the ports, like usual, then when I start up my server, I have people spamming my ip with invalid packets and stuff causing protocol errors. Hundreds of IP's attempt to connect every minute... Here's a screencap.

The port is 25565, and the ip is 173.60.163.206 Help!

 

Perhaps the person who had that IP address previously was running a P2P filesharing program which ran on Port 25565. In that case this flooding should cease in a day or two.

Pretty much I live in a house where the land lord has control over the router, so he says NO P2P PROGRAMS! So I agreed and just set the port 25565 to uttorent and my server, and disabled all port mapping in the program...
