Being able to move players? Help.

We are able to move players back like it was in 1.3. You move into a player and they get pushed 1-3 blocks back and they glitch back to their initial spot.

And we also have another issue, when players relog, they go back to spawn instead of staying in their last logged in spot.
(Spawn plugin we use: jProtection)
we do have essentials, but its spawn is not being used.
