   Hi,
   Is it possible to make it so no one on my server can ban me with Essentials? Incase I have abusive admins? Also is it possible I can block certain commands like /tnt or something like that with essentials?

   essentials has a ban exempt node in its list of permissions, if you hold the node, you cant be banned

   Plenty of plugins will allow you to block commands, including

   http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/disablecommands/
   http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/block-that-command/
