Bad Packet ID 128

When I download this map: http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/team-fortress-2-dustbowl-by-hypixel-and-sethbling/ after sometimes it crashes me and it says this: http://i.imgur.com/RiUdT.png
I use #2455 beta build

 

Its a problem in 1.4, if you cant join at all then restart your server

 

is there any special thing causing this? because when i'm normally playing i don't get this, but when i get to the map i provided in the first post this error comes out. Not immediatly, but after some minutes.

 

I think it may be a plugin. But it should be fixed in the next update

 

I get this as well, very very very annoying since sometimes I have about 60 players on and all I can do to fix it is reboot the server. It only occurs to players on my Survival world, players on the Factions world (or one of the others) do not get kicked.

or what? cus the only problem seems to be the map i provided in first post.

Yep, just remove all item frames. I think only the ones with maps cause this issue, so it should be enough to destroy just those.
