Automated Chunk Unloading

    Suggested name: NoChunkLag

    What I want: My server currently has lots of lag due to many chunks being loaded in. This plugin would allow server owners to automatically unload all chunks in all worlds after a specified amount of time (most likely specified in a configuration file).

    Ideas for commands: /uc - Unloads all chunks (additional to a time schedule)

    Ideas for permissions: ncl.uc - Permission to use the /uc command (Default to OPs)

    When I'd like it by: ASAP

    The server's view distance is set to 6 in both the server.properties and spigot.yml (The server is ran on spigot)
