Suggested name: Autograph plugin

What I want: something like when some one does /newbook they will get a book where people and sign it they would sign it by have a enchanted book in there hand and they would have to do /sign (message). Also if they lose there book they could do /regain to get it back and if someone wants to return there books they would do /return and they could also if they want to get rid of a page they would do /rmpage (page number)

Ideas for commands: /newbook to get a new book. /Sign (message) to sign a book. /regain to get there book back. /return to return the book to there original owner. /rmpage (page number) to get rid of the page

Ideas for permissions: autograph.Newbook autograph.sign autograph.regain autograph.return autograph.rmpage

When I'd like it by: 2-3 days but if need more time that is fine
