Category: Miscellaneous Suggested Name: Autotame What I want: I'd like a plugin which automatically tames a wolf when a player uses a wolf spawn egg. The wolf will belong to the player who used the egg. Maybe, with a command, you can set the color of the collar. Ideas for commands: /at color <red/blue/yellow/green/random> - Sets the color of the collar. Random always uses a random color everytime you use an egg. Even though you can only use red, blue, yellow and green with the command, random should use every color (so also purple etc.). /at <on/off> - (de-)activate Autotame Ideas for permissions: None! When I'd like it to be done: Around 1 week. Greets!
I'm almost done this, but calling it a night for now. Just a few minor tweaks to what you have. Should have it done by the end of the week. Couldn't not finish it . It's slightly different than what you asked for, but accomplishes the same basic thing. Here's the JAR: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/autotame/files/1-auto-tame-jar/ and here's the source code: https://github.com/DrewHiggins/AutoTame EDIT by Moderator: merged posts, please use the edit button instead of double posting.
Thanks, it works fine! One question: Could you add a feature that when a player dies, every wolf owned by him also dies?
No problem. Here's the new JAR: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/autotame/files/2-auto-tame-v1-1/ You can turn off the new wolf killing feature using the config.yml, but I defaulted it to true for you.
