No, he doesn't want a prefix owner I don't think, I think he wants a chat high-lighter. I am thinking of writing a very similar plugin to this!
What I want is, when you say Owner in chat it automaticly changes to Owner so when you say it it's not white but red. Example: <Player> Who is the Owner on this server? but where you don't need to do the &4.
Well if you have a server with heaps of players and heaps of people just say lots of stuff in chat you can highlight your name so you know that someone needs help.
