Plugin Request Arrow Barrage Plugin

What I want: I'd like a full 1.8 compatible (I use Spigot 1.8 myself) plugin that shoots a barrage of arrows when fully charged (pulled back). The best example of this is on the server Mineplex. I would like a configurable amount of arrows that shoot during every barrage. If that's not possible, anywhere from 3-6 arrows per shot (a random amount from that range would be nice too).

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: This is where it's a bit interesting. I wouldn't like a permission, it should be op only, but I would like the plugin to search a player's inventory for an item (a feather or something for example), and only enable barrages if the player has this permission. If that's not possible, simply a permission called "barrage.shoot".

When I'd like it by: However long it takes to make it completely and bug-free, but probably within two weeks at the latest.

 

I've made your plugin, I went with the permission. So in order to shoot a barrage you need the permission: barrage.shoot. For configuration there's "amount" which determines the number of arrows shot at maximum bow charge, the default is 10.
