I am looking for a dev to give this plugin a new life: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/antiadvertising/ Its unique since it actually checks if a posted IP/domain runs a minecraft server, and only triggers if it actually has something running on it. The dev is not active anymore and the sourcecode is included on the page. One main issue the plugin has if that if a player types something with a period in it, it triggers an advertisement to the local server. Like saying: herp.derp triggers an advertisement. Could someone go over the code and fix this, or take-over the plugin for further development? Or name me a plugin that does similar? Thanks in advance!
I tried Pwnfilter, but it does not actually check if an advertised ip/site is running a minecraft server, it just blocks all links/ips.
It's the most effective thing, and the plugin you want to update has a lot of flaws and I could in theory crash your server with it.
