   Suggested name: Announcer+
   
   What I want: I'd like a plugin that has Title, sub-title, action, and chat announcer all in one. I'd also like it so if you type, for instance, /titleannounce [Message], it announces what you put. There should also be a config for each one for putting your own messages in it so it will play them by themselves.
   
   Ideas for commands:
   /titleannounce - Announce in title.
   ^ ^
   These two can be one command if you want.
   v v
   /subtitleannounce - Announce in sub-title.
   
   /actionannounce - Announce in action bar.
   
   /chatannounce - Announce in chat.
   
   Ideas for permissions:
   title.use
   sub.use
   action.use
   chat.use
   
   When I'd like it by: Any time except never.
