I have looked and looked, but I cannot find an announcement plugin that has what I need. I require: The option to have a certain delay for each individual announcement or a general delay for all of them. The ability to have no prefix in front of announcements. The ability to exempt people from seeing announcements.(optional) If you know of such a plugin, I would greatly appreciate it if you posted it. Thank you for your time.
