   Hi there! I'm moderator on a server and I am troubled with the task of protecting certain camps. People are not suppose to be able to break or place anything in those camps, with the exception of signs, as they are used to describe the character. Does anyone know how to do this? I'm mainly using WorldGuard and I cannot download any plugins without permission.

   worldguard should have the ability to make it so players can't break items in a certain region. If at all possible, essentials antibuild has the ability to blacklist or whitelist what blocks players can or can't break
