Allow spawner spawns disallow natural spawns

    Title pretty much says it all, for my prison server i wanna allow spawners to spawn mobs as they would normally, but i wanna disallow them to spawn naturally, but can only find ways with mv to completely disable

    Running 1.8 atm soon 1.9
