allow dig not allow build like Prison Server

any know how is thats possible allow ppls dig but not allow ppls build and not allow pvp like prison servers

 

Do you mean you want to allow people to be able to break blocks but not place?

Ok. For the PvP part, just go into your default server properties and turn pvp to false. If you want them to be able to break blocks but not place, use this permission: essentials.build.break.<id>[:datavalue]
If you want them to be able to break ALL blocks, but not place blocks, use this permission: essentials.build.break.*

i not try make Prison Server i want like Prison server this area wher you can free dig blocks (iron .gold...) thats i need
like region but region dont support place allow

 

This is not possible, make a new world if possible.

That is because of the plugin, you need to make breakable areas on the configuration.
This is not possible without using the plugin!

Also, use WorldEdit for the areas that aren't mines.
