All chest inventories get emptied on close

Whenever anyone opens a chest, or an inventory, closes it and reopens it, everything inside is gone. I can place items in chests and stuff with hoppers, and the virtual chest from chestgator works. I need help! I don't know what the problem is, and I'm using craftbukkit 1.8.3.
The plugins I currently have are: NoCussing, EssentialPads, NBTEditor, Repair, BasicTrails, Multiverse-Core, LightningStick, PermissionFinder, dynmap, IslandCraft, WorldGen, NoteBlockAPI, Tools, OpenInv, ProtocolLib, FancyTNT, Color4Signs, InstaSpawn, WorldEdit, ThatOneSpawnPlugin, InfiniteBlocks, EasyElevator, uHome, ChestGator, RemoteBukkit, PermissionsEx, WorldGuard, HeadDrops, InfiniFurnace, uPlanes, SimpleSpawners, SimplePrefix, Magic, CustomEnchantments, CompletelyVanish, EasyBackup, CrackShot, SimpleGrapple, EasyWarp, ToolAndFoodFX, Lockette, ClearLag, Hat, TrophyHeads, icJukeBox, FramePicture, dynmap-mobs, Dynmap-WorldGuard, DisguiseCraft, StructureInABox, SafeEdit

I'm pretty sure it isn't openinv, lockette, infinite blocks, framepicture, or chestgator.
