    For stupid people and those who can't programme in Java and can't be bothered to, an aliases plugin. There might be a few, but they're either discontinued or you need to open config.yml. This plugin allows you to make aliases for commands internally, by using /pluginthingy <Command (yes, with these brackets)> <alias>. This makes life easier for many.

    As @Binner_Done said, 30 seconds in Google brought up this. It seems to be pretty simple and if you are not able to modify a simple configuration file, you should reconsider your decision to become an owner of a server.
