   i need it to do so every time there has gone 20 hours then it gives a perm named player.perm.happy to a globalgroup named members and announces it when there has gone 1 hour then it removes the perm and announces it
   
   and a command so when i do /happy
   so it says as a example "there is 2 hours and 30 to the next happy hour"
   
   Ideas for commands: /hapy
   
   Ideas for permissions: happy.use
   
   When I'd like it by: today or tomrrow
