   ok so as i start to grow my server larger never thought much on building large towns. i know of some town plugins.
   
   is there any good advise poeple can share about how to manage towns with
   
   -buildinds/lots players can buy and control
   -towns were trusted players can crete there own and divide the land between who they choose in it
   
   right now my knowledge is using residence mostly to just use it as area protection for private claims of each players through out the world.
