What is Buycraft, and why does my Minecraft server need it?​

Is the website down? I can't seem to make an account, it just goes back to the account creation page whenever I make it.

It seems to work with FireFox... That's stupid. I don't like Firefox.

For me it works (Chrome & Safari, I don't have IE).

Maybe that's the problem My last update was more than a month ago.

 

This is going to be fixed in the next update, which brings me onto something else....

Not yet im fraid. possibly in the next bukkit plugin update.

Nothing has gone wrong, nothing has been changed.

He may of made the payment during downtime when we was upgrading. Contact him to resolve the issue.

Hey lmc,

Do password resets take time to propagate? I just changed my PW twice in a row, both times Im getting "username or password incorrect" or whatever the message is.

Is the only message popping up. Im using the "server panel" button on the main page as I noticed "management login" seems to have disappeared?

Are you receiving the emails? If you are, then it is most likely you are not correctly entering the password.

Nope, 3 times now, receiving the emails, 3 different passwords 12 characters, capitals letters and numbers, no luck.

Ill try with a different browser and see what happens :/

 

This is strange... are any error messages appearing? Or is it just redirecting you to pages without saying anything.

The web store should support Æ Ø Å, and æ ø å. They are very often used in the danish language.

 

Agree would like to see support for Å Ä Ö same letters as the person I quouted wrote but in swedish

 

Anyone else having problems logging into the cPanel? I have entered in my password so many times and know it by heart yet it keeps insisiting that I am wrong. So then I went on to reset my password and it still says that I am wrong? Is there something going on with buycraft that I do not know about?

 

First of all try clear your cache/cookies on your browser, I believe that @lmc is still looking into some odd cases of this problem.
What browser you using?

 

How do you create categories..and I don't really like the redesign I liked the welcome on the sidebar.

 

@David.m assuming you have premium, Categories is under Settings -> Web Store -> Categories

 

I use Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox. I can not log into my account from any of those browsers.

This plugin is a fantastic idea! I'm actually running a very small server right now with some friends, taking a hit on the costs every month. I'm interested in seeing it become a real public server with a more active community, and a plugin such as this to help pay for the bill and for server upgrades would make that hope possible. I'll definitely look to implement it soon!

 

It can be due to your capital letters in your email. I'm going to fix this when I'm on my pc.

No I meant, I want people in my server to know that it's genuine, so I want to make a free package.

So is it possible to make something free?

 

To my knowledge there is no ability at this time to create a free package, however as i said before there is the option to create a manual package claim for players

 

I have a premium accoutn and am having the same issue of logging into the cpanel
could this please be sorted out as i need to check the packages
