Over 100,000 servers have used Buycraft over the last 2 years.
What is Buycraft, and why does my Minecraft server need it?
Buycraft enables you to sell in game items/memberships to your community, allowing yourself to fund your server bills to keep your Minecraft server alive. Buycraft is basically an online shopping cart system for your own server!
How will my players use Buycraft?
After you have created a Buycraft account, you are given an online webstore which you can use to promote your items for sale. Your players will visit this website and be able to purchase the items that they want, be it a collection of armour, or a monthly VIP membership.
What can I sell to my users, and how?
Buycraft enables you to sell ANYTHING to your users, from a collection of armour upgrades, to monthly VIP memberships. When a player purchases a product, it is automatically processed on your Minecraft server, and removes all hassle of managing payments by yourself. All these different options will take the worry out of funding your Minecraft server.
Some of the awesome features available:
    • Create donation packages which can reward your players with anything you imagine.
    • Setup advanced packages for memberships ranks, with support for automatic Paypal subscriptions.
    • Many Payment gateways supported! (Paypal, Stripe, Google Wallet, Paymentwall, 2Checkout, Onebip, Paygol, Payza, and Coinbase.)
    • Coupon codes to offer discounts to your players.
    • Run promotional sales to gain attention to certain donation packages.
    • Cumulative ranking to enable your players to upgrade their ranks.
    • Custom variables to offer advanced customisation of your packages.
    • Detailed donation statistics to see how well your server is performing.
    • Multiple webstores per account, with the ability to create sub accounts for your other moderators/administrators on your server.
    • Advanced fraud protection to prevent chargebacks.
    • Webstores available in over 8 languages.
    • You can change your webstore theme and even integrate it into your own website.
    • Everything is hosted by us, resulting in a hassle free and inexpensive way to run your own webstore! The Buycraft platform is updated regularly with many new features added each month.

    Here's a suggestion:

The ability to use the monthly goal as a variable for coupons!

That way, if I have a monthly goal and I've already reached it, I can start giving things out to users for less due to the lack of need for extra funds.

I think it's a great idea, and a lot of servers would most likely use it (if they use coupon codes at all).

  3. Added to TODO, thank you.

Not too sure about this, possibly something that could be completed using a plugin and preventing additional confusion to package setup.

Sorry, not too sure what you mean.
I'm not too sure on your request for the /kit A /kit AB request. Could you enhance on what you mean by the current search isnt returning results?

I´m not very good at explaining am I?

    What about this:
    Suggestion 1:
A player wants to buy a kit with stuff. He only can buy it if a command block has said something like
    "/unlock package diamond for @p for 30 minutes"(or forerver).
When the command is excecuted the player can buy package diamond.
And an command like "/lock package diamond for @p for 10 minutes"(or forever) would disable the ability to buy package Diamond for the player.

    Suggestion 2:
The player buys package "Premium - 30 days"
And he has the package "Premium" for 30 days.
But if he buys the same package again then he has got 60 day.
So the expiry command would activate in 60 days.
So if he has 7 days left and he buys "Premium - 30 days"
the expiry command will activate in 37 days instead of 7 days.

    Have a nice [meat]

Eh, don't mind it too much, Just remember that the suggestion is to add in a way to run all of the commands from a package, via using one command from the server - This also wouldn't need to be logged on the buycraft store history or whatever, but if absolutely needed, maybe rather a .txt file in the /buycraft/ folder

Okay so this is going to be kind of short and sweet, I have buycraft on my server, and I was going to look into the premium account, but buying that wouldn't solve this problem.

I'm looking for BuyCraft to have specific ranks only able to buy specific packages. So lets say a Member has access to 3 packages, but not access to the 3 packages a Builder would be able to buy. Is that possible using PermissionsEx for example, and could you make that possible if it's not?

  7. Suggestion 1 is too difficult to implement with regards to taking the website into consideration.

I like that idea actually, once we've got our current plans out the way I'll take a look into getting it added for you.

hey can you guys make it possible to buy 1 package multiple times in 1 single order thanks in advance

I think I stumbled upon a bug. Expiry commands don't seem to require the user to be online when they are ran. I have a rank set up that allows people to have access to essentials /nick (allows them to change their username in game) When the rank expires i have an expiry command of "nick {name} off" (which should clear their nickname) It works fine if the user is online at the time it happens, if not, the rank is changed as it should be but the nickname doesn't get removed.

Also. Is there a place where you guys post your current project(s) for Feature Fridays? I would like to see what you have been doing/ are planning on doing. Couldn't find feature Friday change logs anywhere...

Are you sure the 'Require the user to be online to execute the commands.'-checkbox is checked for that package?

Hey! I made a plugin that allows you to do that. When it's approved, you will be able to download it here.

Sorry if this is seen as spam, but since my plugin allows something that he requested to be added to Buycraft, I figured this would be the best place to tell him.

I'm currently trying to reproduce this bug, as I just read through the code for the Bukkit plugin, and I didn't see why that could happen.

Hey for when i link it to paypal how can i make it so when someone donates they see something else instead of the email?
  15. Offline

Its essentials because regardless of when buycraft runs the expiry commands, or even runs them or not period. I feel I should be able to disable peoples nicknames while they are not online.

Allthough, making sure buycraft knows they are online would fix the problem for now :)

Well I couldn't be able to read all thread pages...it's just too long so I apologize if this is a repeated comment:

Is it possible to "force" Buycraft to run commands in a specific order?
Some plugins need to be reloaded after changes has been made to their databases so I need Buycraft to make this:

/do something cool for my donator
/broadcast This donator is so cool!
    /pluginX reload

In THAT specific order. Sometimes, when there are lots of commands in a package, they just get ordered randomly and I'm getting unexpected results like:

    /pluginX reload
/do something cool for my donator
/broadcast This donator is so cool!

In this second case, donator will not be able to see any result or take advantage of it, until that plugin is reloaded.
    Thx in advance.
  17. They should execute in the order you create them.

Can you guys possibly work on developing applications for IP.Board so when members buy items via buycraft it can be sync with the website showing top donators, latest donators, and even auto-promote a user to a group when donating. I would pay anything to have an application like this for my IPS community suite.

An option for minimum cart value? Paypal 2.9%+$0.30 fee is a killer on $1 transactions.

This mod makes it easy to let our users buy stuff like VIP benefits or claims. So thanks for that!

Right now we can set a global limit and a user limit.
On our server, we sell 1 month of VIP benefits to our players.
Right now the max user limit is set to 6. But we would like to be able to set the max user limit to 1 pr. month.

    Could this be done?

Hmm also is there a way to create multiple shops on different domains? A big reason why I bought premium was to have a shop for each of my servers, but from what I can tell it's just one shop and the packages apply to the servers you set them to. This isn't good since I have CraftBukkit servers and FTB servers. I need each server to have it's own shop.
  23. We're expanding into these type of plugin system soon.

No sorry, the answer to this is do not offer packages at 1$ value.

This can't be done at the moment.

    Premium is per webstore, sorry.

This isnt possible at the moment however it'll be arriving soon.

    Feature suggestions:

Idea 1: Toplevel parent category pages can be disabled, or changed to show child categories if any exist. Right now, if you do not have any packages in the parent it just shows the category description. I think it would be more functional if it displayed the child categories. Shown below:
This parent category has the following hierarchy:

    Server Packages (Parent)
    > Ranks
    > Item Packs

Idea 2: Child categories for child categories. Currently, my category hierarchy is as follows:

    Main Server Category
    > Ranks
    > Upgrades
    > Item Packs

However, my rank rewards do not follow a route that would go well with the cumulative category option, and I wish to make my own custom upgrade path. But with 8 different ranks, having an upgrade from each rank to each rank would be a very long list to have in a single category. I'm sure I'm not the only person who would love to see this feature. If this were to be implemented, I would change my hierarchy to:

    Main Server Category (Parent)
    > Ranks (Child)
    > Upgrades (Child)
    >> VIP Upgrades (Child of child)
    >>> VIP -> VIP+ (package)
    >> VIP+ Upgrades
    --- etc etc...
    > Item Packs

Idea 3: A way to distinguish which server(s) a donation was made on. Currently, I have 3 servers all with the exact same package titles and prices, and it is nearly impossible to accurately see which donations came from which server. This would be a HUGE plus as I pay my admins a percentage base of total donations. If this were to be implemented, I think it would be very useful to also add statistics views on a per-server basis.

Idea 4: The option to have multiple required packages. Would require the package config to have an option to either: require all packages listed, or require any of the packages listed.

Honestly, I was going to code my own donation system until recently. BC has been pumping out epic features lately and just keeps getting better. Keep up the amazing work :)

Hi, when I checkout on PayPal with buycraft, the language is DUTCH. I need it to set it english, but I cannot change this?

    Help? :D

I have a quite needed, and simple suggestion. With the cumulative packages, somebody could buy the first package, get the items, then go the next package, get the items, exc..

So, I was wondering if a option could be created to take a percentage off from the total cumulative purchases, and then take that amount from the packages.

Thanks, and I hope you understand what I meant.

A nice feature would to have a coupon option for the website integration.

I think I understand you. How you would to this is have it run the command "give {name} diamond {price}"
Example, I payed $10. It would give me 10 diamonds, and yes this would work fine with cumulative packages.

Try setting your preferred language to English in your Paypal account.

    Feature Suggestion:

Really love how you added the "Require Package:" category, but was wondering if you could improve it. Is there a way that you could add it so you can have:

    Require Package:
    Package A
    Package B

The way I have ranks set up on my server allows people to buy 2 different type of Ranks. There are regular ranks, then there are upgrade ranks. If they are looking to upgrade a rank for a second time (first they donated for the initial rank, then they upgraded to a new rank, and thirdly they want to upgrade again) they can't upgrade because the package says "Require Package: Rank" not "Require Package: Rank OR Rank Upgrade".

So basically it'd be awesome if you could add extra package requirements to the 'Require Package' section in the package creation page. It could be " 'Package A' and/or 'Package B' " for example.

I have no idea if I explained this properly... I did the best I could. Love all the new features you guys are pumping out!

I already done that, =/ Doesnt work.

Yes, but it's not a package based on items, it's a package based on ranks. So a certain rank would get items AND permissions.
