Inactive [ADMN/CHAT/TP] ChatBlock v1.0 - Block movement & chat in certain worlds [1.2.5-R1.0]

Here's a scenario: Your server has both a creative world & a survival world. Somehow, the players in the creative world can give the survival world creative mode. Suprisingly, this is a common issues for some multi-world problems. But this is only one of many ways ChatBlock can be use. ChatBlock blocks chat messages and movements the players make in certain worlds unless they are Op or have the right permission. ChatBlock is simple, lightweight, and very effective.​
