ServerEssentials is a great and simple plugin which has many, many useful commands (see below for all feature information).

Features (v1.2+):
Op Commands:
* /se health - Gives you all your health back instantly.
* /se instamine - Enables instant mining (Enter command again to disable)!
* /se phys [off | on] - Turns block fall physics off and on (Sand and Gravel).
* /se mode - Automatically turns to opposite game mode for command sender.
* /se food - Fills up your hunger bar instantly.
* /se [day | night] - Sets the server time to day or night.
* /se light <playername> - Strikes the specified player with lightning.
* /se kill <playername> - Instantly kills the specified player.
* /se spawn <animalname> - Spawns the specified mob. (Do /se spawn help to see all available mob spawn commands)

Regular Commands:
* /se max - Displays the max amount of players on the server at a time.
* /se servername - Displays the name of the server.
* /se request - Sends an op request to an online op.
* /se joke - Shows the "Joke of the Version."

Non-Command Features:
* Notification when player sleeps, dies, and respawns.
* Notification when player enters/leaves portal.

You should consider using Dropbox or an other service that lets you create a direct link to the file
If you're going to use Dropbox, simply register, install Dropbox and create a public folder in the Dropbox folder.
Place the plugin's .jar in your public folder and right-click it to copy the direct link to it.

Thanks very much! By the way, I was wondering if it was possible to release my two other plugins, which I have spent the most of my time on... as many people I know were requesting updates for them. Once I am done updating, I shall add plenty more features to this plugin, but I would greatly appreciate releases of my other ones! Thanks again!

What about a simple /fly or /light, like singleplayercommands?

I got the /light done... (See features), but in Bukkit development, the only good flying is to hold shift in the direction you want to fly, and it gets really hard to use... so I'm afraid I won't be able to do the /fly because I don't want you guys to suffer lol. If you really want to fly, and choose when to as well, I recommend downloading Zombe's Fly Mod.. Sorry once again.

Plus, I added the /se command in front of everything because the commands were interfering with other plugins immensely...

could you add a simple /se mode or /se <S/C> command to change game modes? Ive seen TGM but it would be a handy command in here and that plugin requires spout... :\

It would be cool, hoping not too hard!

(Possible commands:
/se mode <Playername>
/se game <Playername>

Playername being optional, defaults to self)

I have put up the new version, but only put a '/se mode' command which doesn't have player name on it yet. I tried and it got some errors I couldn't figure out at the time, and I know people really want to spawn a ton of endermen.. lol. So yeah I'll put it soon.

 

/se food won't work for me? I am an OP.

EDIT: Would you mind telling me what is happening? "It doesn't work" really isn't much to go off of.

Im new to bukkit servers. Umm i downloaded the file and now what do i do. when i click it an error thing comes up.

 

In your server, you drag the jar file to the plugins folder of the server... and then just reload or run the server and it should work...

 

A new command you can add?

* Reach (the distance you can break or place a block)

 

1.2.3 update?... just maybe?

 

there is /se spawn right?
