[ADM/MISC/MECH] GiveThatBlock get blocks by clicking on it in worlds you want (for VIPs)[1.1-R4]

You may ask why to use this plugin, i think it can be used for your VIP to grant them extra rights or make events(instead of using this easy /give command).

The basic command is
/gtb [world]
which switches the plugin on and off in the world you want (well until now you can switch it on only for one world but ill change this soon). Than a user can get any block by clicking on it with a blaze rod

and

/gtb help
to see the world your currently in

Perms:
gtb.get --> get the blocks
gtb.switch --> switch the gtb status

Todo:
- Better multiworld support
- config file to deny blocks
