Adding commands to plugin.yml according to config.yml

So I have a plugin where you can add your own commands that are assigned to warps, but the question I have is how to add commands to plugin.yml after everything is exported and running on a server? I don't think showing code, plugin.yml, or config.yml could be useful so I'm not going to put it in.

dingus007 yes but using that you can get the command from the config, then register the command without using the plugin.yml
