Add support for luckperms

    Basically I need to add compatibility to my plugin with luckperms if anyone knows the way please leave a comment.

    @Okky_ Just having a player#hasPermission check will be enough.

    I have this that is supposed to be detected if you have permissions but it doesn't work, it still doesn't appear in luckperms https://prnt.sc/vwvy06

    @Okky_ It won't magically appear either, that never happens.

    @Okky_ Normally server owners add those by hand to the permissions plugin
