Suggestion Add Plugin Feature Suggestions

    I want to make a suggestion for a plugin but I don't see any forum fit for it. I tried posting a suggestion for a plugin once before but it got deleted. I think this place needs a new forum titled "Plugin Changes/Feature Suggestions" and the description saying "Want to give suggestions to a plugin? Post it here." I want to make a suggestion for a plugin without worrying about posting it in the wrong place.

    People who make suggestion threads should tag the user who made the plugin so the plugin creator or developer will check it.
