Plugin Request A real ban hammer...

    Just a diamond axe that strikes lightning and bans the target (do /hammer to get it) and a config broadcast, ex: NAMEHERE Has been banned for INSERTHERE, remeber not to use hacks!
    if possible make a cool bold-red name for the item
